English
Chimie-ParisTech
This PSL Week aims to provide the basic principles for formulating drug delivery systems. This PSL Week is characterized by alternating lectures and practical teaching. During the PSL week the students will formulate several types of drug delivery systems such as self-assembled hydrogels, nanoemulsion, polymeric nanospheres, and liposomes. At the end of the PSL Week the students will present a summary of their formulations. ;
March 4th ;
9:00-12:00 Polymer and lipid nanoparticles: Formulation, scale-up and main applications in life sciences (Lesson);
2:00-5:00 pm Formulation of nanoemulsions, nanospheres and liposomes (Practical Teaching);

March 5th ;
9:00-12:00 Basics on polymeric hydrogel formulation (Lesson);
2:00-5:00 pm Formulation of polymeric hydrogels (Practical Teaching);

March 6th ;
9:00-12:00 Nanoparticle characterization techniques (Lesson);
2:00-5:00 pm Brainstorming;
